Complementing our state-of-the-art factory production facilities, Vertikote’s Onsite division goes beyond onsite spraypainting to provide premium architectural coatings based on electrostatic application of high performance systems.
Vertikote can apply its electrostatic onsite coating system to both new projects and existing structures requiring rectification works – e.g. colour change of windows and doors, failure of current coatings, or damage to coated metal. We can do so regardless of size or location.
Our specialist Onsite Coatings division consists of highly skilled paint technicians who ensure the onsite coating not only looks good, but will perform in even the harshest of environments. Building Facades
From medium-density to highrise buildings, our onsite coating division has the capability to repair individual facade panels, through to re-coating an entire facade.

Aluminium/Steel/Galvanised Substrates
We have a range of Pacesetter<sup>®</sup> High Performance coating systems which suit different substrates, from aluminium, to stainless steel, mild steel, hot-dipped galvanised steel, pregal, etc. And we know how to select the correct paint system to ensure the coating will perform in terms of initial finish and also longevity.
Damaged & Deteriorated Components
Most damaged and deteriorated substrates can be repaired and recoated. So whether it be from a faulty coating system or the metal being severely damaged, our onsite division can generally repair and recoat at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Wrought Iron/Gates/Fencing/Balustrades/Handrails/Stairs
We offer rectification of these items, which can typically be hard to remove. Additionally, most are not aware of the high-end paint finish that can be achieved onsite through our electrostatic coating application. So not only is it more cost effective than replacing existing items, the results are excellent too.
Structural Steel
Vertikote’s Onsite team has vast experience applying/repairing protective coating systems to structural steel, where the coating performance is vital. We ensure the coating system is applied correctly from the outset which includes, if required, onsite sandblasting, paint stripping, etc. This ensures the maximum adhesion is achieved, therefore prolonging the life of both the coating and the steel substrate.
Roller Doors
From domestic to commercial roller doors, regardless of the size or scope of the project, we can electrostatically spray in-situ, with the result that they come out looking new.
Concrete Fibre Cement (C.F.C) & Concrete Floors
Stunning rejuvenation of CFC panels and existing concrete floors can be achieved with the right paint systems and preparation. Vertikote’s Onsite team can provide a system to suit any project.
